Weird question but I really value my 8 hours of sleep and I would much rather prefer a role that gives me more flexibility in terms of when I have to be in the office over a role that has a higher pay. Anyone know any roles in finance that allow a slightly later start to the day in the morning?
Anything that isn’t tied to market hours, more back office roles I’d say. Examples include tech, quants, risk, product management etc. Many of these people (depending on the bank and exact team) can roll into work at 10 haha
