How do you guys usually answer these questions? I just wing it but perhaps it’s not the best way to go about it lol especially considering I get rejected after first rounds sometimes 
I come up with an elevator pitch of sorts, a short few minute highlight of your experience, background and why you’re interviewing for the role. It should be a high-level summary of your resume but more engaging and interesting, showing a bit of your personality. I recommend you really sit down and write something down since many interviewers will start off with this question.
