I’m in the process of interviewing for S&T internships but I really want to know what kinds of bonuses juniors (analysts/associates) at BBs can get, especially considering the recent base increases. Also when are the base increases going to be officially implemented?
This varies heavily on the desk but usually as an analyst or associate, you can expect anywhere from 50-100% (or even more) of your base. Analysts’ bonuses tend to be capped at 100% but with associates the cap is higher and you can often expect more than 100% if you and your desk performed well.
