I’m considering reneging a FAANG internship but worried it will affect my chances if I apply to new grad roles. thoughts?
IMO, if you’re respectful about it it’s fine.
I would also keep in mind that your chances of landing a new grad role at the same company is going to be lower since they fill most of those positions with their intern class. That being said, there are tons of great companies out there, even if you burn one bridge (which you most likely won’t), it’s not the end of the world.
