Got invited to McKinsey Squad via email and despite how they say it’s invite only to these sessions with squad leaders. What does this mean exactly and should I attend?

So in my experience it’s a good way to meet the people who work at McKinsey and get to know what they do. It most likely doesn’t guarantee anything except an interview, so don’t expect to get anything more than that out of it. I hope this helps!
