Got invited for it. Is there any way to prepare for this? How much does it matter for my candidacy?
Hello. Unfortunately you can’t really prepare for it, it’s a logic and problem solving game. Just do the best you can and take it seriously because they definitely use it to filter candidates. I also know that they allow you to take it once a year so if you reapply within the next year, they will use the same score you received the first time (resets every year).
