I don’t spend a lot of time on LinkedIn but when I do scroll through it I see a lot of the same kind of posts that are either weird flexes or trying to give career advice/tips. I’m not sure I see the value in most of the posts I see, if anything they perpetuate toxic ideas about our professional lives. But am I missing something here? do people actually learn things from what people post about? Is it actually worth reading things people share?
I never bother with LinkedIn, it’s all fluff no substance.
