I have a few leadership positions that I put on my resume (I’m still an undergrad) and I’m not actually certain companies or recruiters care about this? I understand actual experience is more valuable but is being the president of a club or whatever worth anything? Is it a smart idea to have an entire leadership section on my resume…
these days I don’t think it matters too much, unless you don’t have experience and wanna beef up your resume
Unfortunately I don’t have any experience so it’s not a bad idea in my case?
The fact that you have all this leadership experience to fill a whole section is already kinda impressive imo lol
