Hi everyone. I see a lot of people constantly posting and interacting on LinkedIn and I’m not sure if it’s because they actually enjoy doing so or for practical reasons. Do I need to post a lot and stuff to network and establish a decent profile that employers look for? Tbh most of the posts make me cringe so that’s mostly why I haven’t been doing it.
IMHO I don’t think it makes much of a difference so if you don’t want to be very active, don’t waste your time. You can network without having to post a lot.
I think you don’t have to post - it’s enough to keep your profile updated and maintain relationships.
