Just got notified by HR that I got the offer and wanted to share my timeline:
8/25: applied online
9/1: got OA and I completed it the same day
9/3: received Karat interview request
9/7: had Karat interview
9/14: HR told me I passed the interview, asked to schedule virtual onsite
9/23: did the VO (it was only 50 minutes)
10/1: got the offer
the downside is I only get 14 days to make a decision and I’m still in beginning stages with other companies so not sure whether I should take it or not. Any thoughts?
