I have the Powerday coming up and I know there are 3 interview rounds. How should I prepare for the case study and behavioral rounds? Would appreciate any advice
The case studies are not too difficult, they just want to know how you think. Make sure you communicate your thoughts well and thoroughly. Here are a few examples of scenarios:
- What are the pros and cons of cloud migration? how can migration be performed to reduce down time?
- Given an automatic response robot system of the bank and a piece of code, can this can help the system predict what help users need? You will also be asked to modify the code.
- What are benefits after integrating digital service?
Behavioral questions are relatively standard e.g. what is the big challenge you have faced? how did you solve it? biggest accomplishment or success, failure or mistake? Give me a time when you helped a coworker. etc.
