I just applied and received OA. Does anyone know what the OA and hirevue are like this year? note that I’m quite bad at behavioral stuff so please share any tips for the hirevue.
The OA should have two questions, both likely medium difficulty. An example would be array game (something similar Gaming Array | HackerRank) and disk space analysis (https://www.chegg.com/homework-help/questions-and-answers/3-disk-space-analysis-company-performing-analysis-computers-main-office-computers-spaced-a-q57232831).
As for thee hirevue, they are pretty standard behavioral questions related to things like your strengths/weaknesses, greatest achievements/failures, working on a team and obstacles you’ve had to overcome, problem-solving. If you’re not very comfortable at these kinds of questions, don’t worry - you just have to practice! Write down and prepare a handful of scenarios you’ve had that can be applied to lots of these questions so you can just pick one of them once you’re asked about it.
