Like any other advice interview, it mainly focuses on three things
The first part aims to learn more “Who you are?”
You tell more about your background and your personal experiences. They love to hear about your leadership and impact experience in any area.
The second part is about knowing how good you are at problem solving.
Here you will be evaluated on your analytical skills, logical and structural thinking. These skills are part of a realistic business context (case study).
The third part is more about evaluating the quality of your answers (how excellent your answer can be) even for simple questions.
This is the opportunity for you to shine and stand out from the other candidates.
