Most BBs are pretty much back to the office but some boutiques like Lazard and Macquarie are hybrid
I heard some banks are more strict about it than others. like JPM only lets you wfh one day/week and it can’t be a Monday or Friday so you can’t have long weekend lol. Other banks like baml, Citi, Credit Suisses are more flexible
