Amazon SWE FT new grad OA

Newly grad here and I just took the OA for Amazon’s NG SWE and I’m so confused. There were 2 parts, a coding part and a work simulation/work style assessment. I passed the test cases for the coding part and I thought the second part wasn’t so bad at all but I got a rejection the same day of submitting.

Does anyone know whether the coding part has more weight or does the work simulation matter more? I actually thought I did pretty well. Thanks!

Do you mean work style and hiring simulation? Those parts don’t matter that much in my experience, are you sure you did well on the coding part?

Yup, I think so. I was told by someone else that the work style and hiring simulation are more important so who knows at this point :expressionless:
