I hear that lots of banks have already wrapped up or are wrapping up their superdays for 2022 summer internships. Is this true? Is it too late for me to apply at this point? I applied to a few but haven’t heard anything yet but now I’m wondering whether to even bother applying to more.
Actually, it’s definitely not over - I’d say it’s probably more like halfway done. I know some big banks aim to wrap up by the end of September but it’s likely not going to happen. A more realistic deadline is end of Nov/Dec. You also have to consider that these banks go to career fairs in September to recruit students and they’ll also have students who may renege later. That being said, apply asap if you haven’t already.
