For anyone who has applied, has anyone heard back? I applied a few weeks ago and still nothing. I had a referral at MS and I go to a target school with a very decent gpa. I know it’s really difficult to get a competitive summer internship as a rising sophomore but I know lots of people who have done it. I’m kinda stressed now because I’m not sure if I have enough time to get an IB internship for next year and I’ll be at a big disadvantage if I don’t. If anyone has any experience with the process or getting internships as a rising sophomore please lmk!

Applying as a rising sophomore to those programs is so hard, unless you know someone very well internally or are a diversity candidate. I would apply to smaller banks too.
